With the above wireframes made accessible through a clickable prototype, the user was asked to perform certain tasks. This was to see if the user had any challenges using the screens. The user was asked to think out loud to understand their struggles better.

The tasks the user was given to complete:

  1. Pick out a gift and add it to the cart.
  2. Pick out a gift for your friend “Sanketh” and add it to the cart.
  3. Add a mood to the mood board for your friend “Sanketh”.
  4. Add a new friend to your list.
  5. Check out your cart and pay for it.
  6. Add special instructions to one of your gifts.

The user could complete all of the tasks with some hiccups.
